Take advantage of Woodex's useful advertising tools to increase the number of visitors to your company's stand, advertise your product or service, and increase the commercial efficiency of your participation. Send us information about your company, products or services and invite your customers to the stand!

Visiting exhibition is on a paid basis. In order to get a free e-ticket to the exhibition, you need to provide your customers and partners with your company's unique promotional code. It provides an opportunity to receive a free e-ticket when registering on the exhibition website. An unlimited number of people can register using one promo code.

Announce your participation in the exhibition on your company's website. Inform your customers about the number of your stand, provide information about your products, place an announcement on your company's website.

Invite partners and potential customers to your stand at Woodex by sending them an invitation letter with a unique promo code. It is better to place the invitation on the letterhead of the company, after adding the data of your company: company name, booth number, pavilion number, promo code and others.

Download the banner in .GIF format and place it on your website, attaching a link to the ticket receipt page, changing the word PROMOCODE in the link to your real promotional code. Then the user does not have to enter it himself when registering.

Download the exhibition logo and place it in your email signature with a link to the page for obtaining a ticket using your promotional code, changing the word PROMOCODE in the link to your real promotional code. Then the user does not have to enter it himself during registration.

You can also send us news of your company to be posted on the Woodex exhibition website. News may contain information about your recent developments, new products, services, important events of your company. This will contribute to the additional interest of a professional audience in your company.

News and announcements for posting must be only in the Word format.
Titile: 70 characters with spaces
Subtitle: 115 characters with spaces
Text: 300-800 characters with spaces
Photos (required): 1-2 horizontal photos (1024 x 500 pixel)
