VIP tour for a delegation from China at Woodex 2023
Mr. Wei Jian, secretary general of China Forestry Machinery Association (CNFMA), together with the member units visited Woodex 2023.
During the visit, Mr. Dmitry Zavgorodniy, CEO of ITE Group, met with Mr. Wei Jian, secretary general of China Forestry Machinery Association. Mr. Dmitry introduced the participation of Chinese enterprises in this woodworking exhibition and hoped to get the active support from China Forestry Machinery Association, further expand the scale of Woodex exhibition, enrich the sector of exhibits, and invite more Chinese wood-based panel machinery, woodworking machinery, cutting tools as well as furniture manufacturing raw and auxiliary materials and accessories enterprises to Woodex 2025.
Secretary General Mr. Wei Jian introduced the development of China's forest processing machinery industry and the cooperation between China and Russia in wood processing, furniture and wood products manufacturing in recent years. The overall technology of Chinese forest processing machinery has made great progress, and for some Chinese wood-based panel machinery, solid wood products processing machinery and panel household products processing machinery already reached the international leading level, which highly matched with the Russian furniture and wood products processing industry, and the industrial cooperation between the two sides has a broad space and great potential for cooperation.
Through friendly talks, the two sides agreed to strengthen the cooperation, organize industrial cooperation seminars and exchange visits as soon as possible in the following time, help to enhance the brand influence of Woodex exhibition and help China and Russia deepen cooperation in wood processing, furniture and wood products manufacturing industry to achieve win-win situation.
